Fintech Paypro raises $7.4 million USD

PayPro, a fintech startup resident of The Hive at Clifton which is known for its focus on B2B and B2C payment, announced it had received a grant amounting to Rs7.4 million from USAID Small and Medium Enterprise Activity (SMEA).


The grant allows PayPro to accomplish great heights in their field of work as they will be able to further develop its marketplace platform for MSMEs with integrated digital commerce solutions.

SadaPay raises $7.2 million

In the country's largest seed round led by New York-based Recharge Capital, fintech startup SadaPay raised USD 7.2 million.


Starting with a digital wallet and a debit card, SadaPay aims to build a “neobank” for Pakistan. They joined us at The Hive at Clifton only briefly before moving to a completely remote model but we are, nonetheless, proud of having been there to witness this amazing win.

Fintech firm AbhiFinance raises $2 million in funding

The news about AbhiFinance raising funding came only a few days after they joined The Hive at Clifton.


Abhi provides employees with salary advances based on accured wages. The company’s name is derived from Abhi, an Urdu word that means “right now.”

Trella raises $42 million Series A led by Maersk and Raed Ventures

Trella, a resident of The Hive at Clifton, is a B2B technology platform and trucking marketplace that connects shippers with carriers in the highly fragmented freight industry.


Trella was a one-person team in Pakistan when Country Launcher, Saim reached out to us looking for a space they could call home. They are now a team of 20+ inspiring us with their grit and hustle every day.

CreditFix raised funding

Pakistani fintech startup CreditFix which is a resident at The Hive at Islamabad announced that it has raised a sum in the seed round led by Insitor Partners, a venture capital firm based in Singapore. The sum raised was however kept under the cover.


According to CreditFix, the deal is the first convertible loan financing from an international investor into a Pakistani company that has been approved by the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP).
